1. Acceptance of Terms By requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or engaging in business with Loyo Property Management LLC (doing business as Admirals Power Washing), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Estimates and Pricing All quotes and estimates provided are based on the initial information given and visual inspections. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work differs significantly from the original description upon the crew’s arrival. We will always notify you of any price adjustments before commencing work.
3. Site Preparation & Water Usage Customers are responsible for preparing the property prior to our arrival. This includes closing all windows and doors tightly, removing fragile items, outdoor furniture, vehicles, and securing pets. Admirals Power Washing requires access to a working on-site water supply and electrical outlets to complete the requested services.
4. Liability & Pre-Existing Damages While we use professional-grade equipment and safe soft-washing/power-washing techniques, Admirals Power Washing is not responsible for damages resulting from improperly installed siding, loose shingles, broken or opened windows, poorly sealed doors, or pre-existing wear and tear (such as oxidized paint, sun damage, or wood rot). We are not liable for water intrusion if the property is not properly sealed.
5. Payment Terms Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and standard electronic payment methods. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
6. Communications and SMS Policy By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive communications from our team. We offer two types of SMS communications:

7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the appropriate courts within the state of Florida.
